Many patients have detailed questions about their dental treatment, especially if they are having a procedure performed for the first time. We always try to answer our patients questions as fully as possible, so we are now using an interactive patient education system that allows us to show our patients short video clips of common dental procedures that we do. These presentations take just a few minutes to view, and are usually run while we are waiting for anesthetic to take effect.
